Day 2

What can I say. I made it through another day :) Today was more difficult than yesterday. I think it's because the excitement of starting something new was gone. Today it was just me trying to battle a life long food addiction. The good news is I didn't give up!! It was hard but I made it through. I also can see that I'm already trying to hoard points for the evening cause that's when I like to snack but then it's leaving me hungry throughout the day. So I think I need to have a rule that I can't save more than 10 points. Otherwise I feel like a might slip up and I really don't want to do that.

On a brighter note, I had the most amazing lunch today!!



So I took a large dinner plate and just loaded it up with spinach, then I added about a 1/4 of a cucumber dice cut, 1 tomato sliced, and 1 red pepper sliced. Then I added 4 tbsp ( measured and leveled) of PC blue menu tzatki, and 30g (weighed) light feta and finished it off with 8 homemade pita chips ( slice pitas spray with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper and cayenne pepper if you like heat, and put in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 5-10 mins). 8 Points. Loved it!! So satisfying and I got most of my veggies in for the whole day.

Looking forward to tomorrow. Going to try and eat more throughout my day and not hoard points it's such a bad habit!!
