Made it through yet another day. I'm getting excited and nervous to go out on Friday night. I just don't want to make any mistakes. It's hard because I want to go out and have a good time but I want to make sure that I stay within my points too. I guess at this point I really just feel like its proper planning that will make all the difference. Not just for Friday night but for everything, everyday. I feel like when I plan I do really well, I'm not hungry and I feel good about things. When I don't plan I get kinda lazy and then I don't eat as well as I should and I find myself hungry through out the day. I really want this to work so I'm going to make sure that I'm learning from my mistakes. It's so important!!
