I have missed a few days blogging cause I've had a very busy long weekend and was just exhausted from it. I have made a new resolve with myself however to get it done every night...even if I'm tired. So I had a busy week and it was filled with some ups and some downs. First of all I took my son Seth to a birthday party on Sunday...it did not go well. There was all kinds of food and I just couldn't help myself I gave in :( I did track everything though and while I used ALL my weekly points I did not go over. This just means that for the rest of the week I have to stay at my target and not go over at all!! The real challenge for me was the next day. My body just wanted junk. I almost gave in on several occasions but in the end I was victorious. I knew that if I just did the right thing and stayed in my points that it would get easier today...and it did. Today was easy once again to stay in my points and I'm happy that I was able to get back on track. It was an important lesson for me :)
When to a meeting on Saturday :) I hit my first goal of 5%!! I got a sticker and it really made me excited to reach my 10% goal!!
So far I've lost 16.1 lbs :) I still have a long ways to go but I'm getting there 1lb at a time!!
