Day 5

Today was a good day :) Ate lots of fruit and veggies and that made me feel good. Also, saw my physiotherapist today and she gave me the ok to start some cardio :) yay!! I'm only allowed to do 5 mins on the elliptical trainer but it's better than nothing and I'll increase my time once a week so before I know it I'll be up to a reasonable time. She also gave me some other exercises to do on a ball. I'm looking forward to trying them. If you are trying to lose weight it is very important to contact a professional trainer before you just dive it. That was how I hurt my back in the first place. Not using proper technique and just jumping in. Bad idea. Now I can't work out at all except for the few things to build my core back up. Important to take it slow!!
