Day 16

So I'm definitely not as young as I used to be hahaha. I'm now in the zone of the 2 day hangover :( So today was a little more difficult to get through. I did it though and it's one of those situations that made me realize how much power I actually do have. I've kinda felt out of control with eating my whole life. I have had periods in my life where I've been thin but only for short periods and not because I was in control. With the WW plan I actually feel like I have control over food for the first time. It's exciting!! Today I did want to snack a little extra so I used some of my weekly points to tide me over. The key is to just count EVERYTHING!! I feel like I'm really getting into the zone of this. I want to be a lifetime member...I will be a lifetime member!! Also, I read somewhere that it takes 3 weeks to make or break a habit. Yesterday was the beginning of week 3 for me :) :)
