Day 12

Made it through another day :) Today I took a picture of myself and I could really notice a difference!! It was amazing :) :) It made me happy and motivated to continue my journey!! I really feel like I'm hitting a rhythm with things and it feels nice. I find it almost easy now to just count my points and stay in them. The key is BREAKFAST!! I have fallen off this wagon before because I wasn't eating breakfast. It is something you can sustain for a day or two but after that you are dooming yourself for failure. Lately my breakfast of champions has been really easy, and low in points. I have 1 cup of kamut puffs (organic Nature's foods from Superstore $2.99 a bag), with 1 banana sliced into the bowl and 1/2 cup skim milk. I also have an individual yogurt on the side (2 points). So in total this is 5 points and on most days I'm satisfied until lunch :) Can't beat that!!
