Day 4

Made it through day 4 :) Today I had an aha moment. I need to make my eating work for me. In the past I have always tried to diet "perfect" and I've made ridiculous pacts with myself to eat only healthy and organic and I've eaten alot of things I didn't even enjoy because I thought it would change my eating habits and almost turn me into a better person. I am never going to do that again!! I am going to eat things that I enjoy and I am going to alter them to fit into my new lifestyle. I am going to measure and weigh things so I don't go over but I'm always going to enjoy what I put into my mouth. Otherwise I can never be successful. Also, I ate a WW microwave meal today because I was pressed for time and I realized that I must get more for my freezer!! What a great alternative to fast food when you're in a pinch. I ate it, it was tasty and it fit within my point budget. I would call that a win :)

I'm going to add that I'm quite enjoying having a blog, it keeps me accountable :)
