Day 7

One week down...the rest of my life to go!! So it was a good day :) I spent some time today imagining all the beautiful clothes I'll be able to wear when I've finally reached my goal weight. I must say I'm really looking forward to that :) Tomorrow is going to be a difficult day cause I have both the kids on my own and I'm taking them to a beaver scout camp out where the food is provided. Past experience tells me that the food will be less than healthy. But I'm going with a plan!! I'm going to eat a large breakfast full of fruit and low fat yogurt. I've already figured out the points for 1 hotdog (9 points) so I'm going to allow myself 1 hotdog or hamburger (about 9 points as well) for lunch and dinner then for any other snack I will eat fruit or vegetable. I will drink water and I'm going to bring one of my WW chocolate bar snacks that I bought at my last meeting :) I will stay in my points and I can still have a fun day with the kiddos. Hopefully it will be a fun day.

Side note I won't be going to my meeting this week because of the camp out so I'm not going to weigh myself  until next week. For me it's really important to only do weigh ins at the meeting because when I weigh at home I get obsessive and if I don't lose every single day I start getting discouraged and then I fall off the wagon. So there will be no change in weight loss this week. I will say though that I FEEL a million times better and I suspect that I've lost about 3-4 pounds :) we'll see next week!!
